Our fully furnished, pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Island View neighborhood house is geared towards the traveling nurse, airline personnel, intern, film crew, family, and traveling professional. We offer Short Term and Mid Term Rentals (1-6 months). This is on the second floor.
Our property is centrally located to many Detroit attractions. Belle Isle, Dequindre Cut bike path, Ford Field, Red Wings Hockey, Detroit Pistons, Eastern Market, Detroit Riverwalk, Hart Plaza, Fox Theater, General Motor Building, Detroit Institute of Art, and Michigan Science Center are conveniently close. You can bike, walk, or scooter to Downtown. Located next to the dining and shopping of Indian Village. Island View is an up and coming, city neighborhood that borders downtown Detroit to the West and The Detroit River Front to the South. It's a quiet, safe, residential area.
This unit has three bedrooms each with streaming televisions and full bedroom sets. The large living room, full kitchen. dining room, office, mini library and board games make this a perfect home away from home. Our property offers plenty of free, safe, off street parking in front of the house. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The office has a laptop and a printer.
The rental price is $1800 per month which includes water, electric, heating, and high-speed wifi. We are pet friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee. We require a $900 refundable security deposit. We do not ask for a background or credit check. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 and you must be at least 21 years old to sign the lease. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Check in is done through a keypad.
