2 bedrooms in basement: One bedroom with ensuite bath, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with murphy bed and walk-in closet. Additional spa bath: 6-piece bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, sauna, lounge space and separate WC. Second laundry in basement. Rec room includes TV and Firestick but not currently connected to cable TV.
Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Very strict. $1000 fine enforced.
