Stetson University

If you get a chance to hop on an apartment near Stetson, I’d say do it, even if it costs a little extra. In my eyes, there’s nothing more important for a student than convenience and proximity. Once you forego those two qualifications and look for an apartment further away, you have to begin weighing other factors like safety and transportation. But if you live in a neighborhood near campus, most of which are safe and within walking distance, then those problems are immediately solved. The small size of Stetson’s campus allows students to be able to just walk or ride their bike around. The thing is, students don’t usually own bikes, typically they own a car or or nothing. That’s why the school decided to give away free bikes to any students who want one, which I’ve never heard of before but it’s a terrific idea.
