Light and Bright One Bedroom One Bath Apartment - This one bedroom one bath apartment is light and bright with open floor plan. Nice views and close to town. Water/sewer is included in rent, tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, and trash. This one bedroom apartment comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. We require tenants to have renters insurance for the duration of the stay. Available to move in on November 3, 2021.

You have verifiable income that is at least three times the monthly rent.

You have at least a 650 credit score. (ANY eviction or utility collection accounts on your report will result in denial, regardless of the length of time or if it has been paid off.)

Overall positive rental references, if applicable.

One year on your job or within the same industry if relocating.
