Moved to Nova central on February 2022. When you first get there management will show you the model which is absolutely nice and perfect. Well nothing more far from reality. My apartment located in building 2 # 104. First day washer & dryer not working, stove not working. Garbage disposal unusable. Tiles floor cracked everywhere. Metallic old doors on the closets and pantry smashed and defective. Electric outlets so old not holding on. A/c unit replaced after a week. And the top notch: toilets clogged every other day. It was a nightmare. I moved out on May 2020. Yes 2 months later they let me end the lease, after I argued with the manager and explained that was a total shame rent a unit under this conditions. This place don't worth the money. Never thought I would have such a terrible experience

The rent is too high for the space it offers. The amenities do not make up for the price, either. Many master bedrooms have been built with an a/c cooling problem, while the rest of the apartment space cools fine.

New property manager Christina Owes, is not professional or helpful. We lived in Nova Central since 2017 and management has never been this bad....

New property manager Christina Owes, is not professional or helpful. We lived in Nova Central since 2017 and management has never been this bad. She creates a terrible envoironment between tenant and landlord, and its very difficult to reach. So sad that Kayla and Steven left the community they were the Dream Team. At time of moving out, we cleaned our apartment and left it in perfect conditions she still found a reason to take over $ 300 out of our security deposit claiming apartment wasn't clean when it was. Also, this community will charge ammenities fees and you wouldn't be able to enjoy it. But they will still raise the rent at the end of your lease!!!!! I would recommend to stay away from this place if management continue to be like this.
