Rubin, Felix - all of you (having a senior moment with the other names) are all my buddies!! I lived at Avalon New Canaan prior to moving to Avalon Darien in June. Both communities are great. Avalon Darien is well managed and maintained. The location is extremely convenient - walking distance to the Metro North train station. bus transportation, shopping, and restaurants.
Kevin Sheehan, Property Manager, is professional, personable, and pleasant to work with and is quick to respond any issues.
The maintenance team, Raul and Felix are absolutely the best. They are always pleasant, and quick to respond to all requests and issues.
The Renovation Team is fabulous - Justin Hickey is the absolute best!!!

We have lived at Avalon Darien since beginning of December. Weve had an excellent experience so far! The maintenance team is especially responsive. We had an issue where our heat went out during the middle of the night when it was in the 20s outside. The on-call maintenance team was here immediately (around 3am) to find the source of the issue and get it addressed to restore our heat. I have 2 young children, and this was a HUGE help to us.

My mom has been a resident there for almost 6 years and the service is the reason she is still there. Thank you Avalon for maintaining a clean and safe and snow free and well salted environment
