DO NOT LIVE HERE. There has been drilling and construction going on for the past two summers starting every day at 9:30 am, sometimes before 9am. I work nights most of the time. I’m currently in bed listening to it shake my apartment. Finding a new place ASAP when our lease is up because they clearly don’t care at all about their residents.
The only reason I give a 2 instead of a one is the maintenance man, Brian, is excellent. Other than that it is horrible....
The only reason I give a 2 instead of a one is the maintenance man, Brian, is excellent. Other than that it is horrible. They have been working on the exterior for 3 years with no end in sight. They drill and hammer at all hours. The ads promote wifi and a clean, quiet environment ... neither of which is true. The laundry room looks great in pictures but is filthy and the washers have an awful smell. The air conditioning units drip water down the side of the building and nothing is done about it. Over the last couple of years it had gotten worse. They used to take great care of the plants and flowers and now it looks horrible. The parking lot is full of holes and each year they promise to fix it.
