The requirements for this home are the following: No smoking inside the home. We do require you to have renters insurance. We only allow one pet per household. Pet fees $500, weight limit 25lbs, and breed restrictions are required. Pet fee is non-refundable. Pet must be on a leash.
The application process requires the following: Anyone 19 years of age and up must fill out an application. Application fees are $60.00 per adult. This is non-refundable. Credit and background checks are processed for anyone 19 years of age and up. Credit score must be 550 and up. Once you pass the credit and background we will process your application and you must provide us with driver license, socials, last 3 check stubs, last bank statements.
RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS- 12 MONTH RENTAL AGREEMENT, PRIOR TO THE END DATE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A 30-60 day notice to move out. NO EXCEPTIONS YOU WILL BE CHARGE UNTIL END OF AGREEMENT.
