Worse place ever in Crossville to live. Do not rent these. The new owners don't fix anything and they don't even mow the lawn cause they are to cheap to pay someone to mow it. There is a guy lives over there drinks all the time and stalks women and a women that stays outside drinks all the time and meets ppl from websites and has them over and sleeps with them the next day. A bunch of people over there that keep drama going constantly and the owners don't do anything about it. One over there sleeping with every guy in the complex while her husband was deployed. It is a mess over there, do not rent there.
