Maintenance is great. Usually fix my issues the same day I report them. Cant beat the rent price. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Overall great experience!

Have lived here for about 10 months and I enjoy the place very much. Very quiet and good for students, young professionals or families who want to come home and relax. Not a party place. Take that as you will.
My only major complaint is the lack of outside seating for when the weather is warm. It would be nice to have a picnic bench or two since many of the apartments do not have balconies and I often feel as if I have no access to the outdoors unless I go for a walk. There are benches around the center grassy area, but it would be nice to have a table-like area where you could sit and study/get work done in warm weather.
I also have a pet and think it would be nice if there were a small area designated for dogs near the pet friendly apartments. But overall, these issues are not major and are just suggestions that I believe would enhance the apartment complex.
I always walk my dog around the neighborhood (which is wonderful) and most everyone I meet is very nice. I feel very safe living here, which was very important for me. It is very quiet and is a great distance from the city. I got lucky and got a recently renovated apartment which has been pleasant for me. Overall the staff and management have been very accommodating. I think that this is one of the best apartment complexes for the price, location and amenities. I recommend this apartment complex.

I have lived here since October 2015 and find it to be a very quiet, pleasant area. The rental management does an excellent job! They addressed IMMEDIATELY any issues I had with maintenance, which were few and far between. They also keep the physical property in excellent condition. If it were not for a job transfer to a neighboring state, I would happily stay here indefinitely. Great value and great experience!
They have coyotes that are literally in the tree line. Be careful if you have small children or pets. Multiple people have seen them...
They have coyotes that are literally in the tree line. Be careful if you have small children or pets. Multiple people have seen them in the parking lot area. The coyotes ive seen are bigger than a large dog. Also, the apartments are old. My air conditioning hasnt worked property for the last two summers. The maintenance for anything is delayed for a week or two. They took my a/c unit out and cleaned it in my living room, leaving dust and old debre through my apartment. Im very fortunate to be moving out. On the inside, the paint is cracking in the bathroom and the additional room. If you have kids, I wouldn't recommend letting them play around the area.
