Situated on the Dorothy waterway leading to the Tchefuncte River. River boat launch just a short walk from the house. Raised home with sunroom, large eat-in kitchen with pantry, split floor plan. Qualified Applicants should have: a gross income of at least 4x the monthly rent, no prior evictions and no outstanding utility collections (i.e. gas, cable, electric, water, cell phones, etc...). $50 per adult application fee. All persons 18+ MUST complete an application. Persons whose credit has been negatively impacted by federal/state declared disasters may submit a letter of explanation (max 200 words) for consideration. Please allow 7-10 days for complete processing of any applications submitted.
