Lake California is a gated private community mid-way between Redding and Red Bluff. Access to the community is restricted to residents and their guests. The community encompasses approximately 2,200 acres and features spectacular views of Mt. Lassen, Mt. Shasta and the Trinity/Siskiyou Mountain Ranges. Within the community are a variety of amenities including a large lake, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, an airport landing strip, an equestrian center, a lakeside clubhouse, Sacramento River access, a campground suitable for large RV's or motor homes, parks and miles of open trails. Renters insurance and a credit score of at least 650 are required.
