Recently went through a divorce and was looking for a place to live. I stumbled across Live @ Harmony Ridge. This was the beginning of what would be a beautiful relationship with the staff. Every single person I have come into contact with have been extremely helpful and nice. The maintenance team are professional and punctual. I am currently renting a loft apartment and am in absolute love over it! It is huge and there is 8 inches of concrete between the business below me and the unit above me. I rarely ever hear anyone which is nice if you like quiet. Parking is ample in back and they even have Tashman's Deli which is right below the Lofts. Great place for sandwiches and drinks, etc. I am very happy with my decision to become a member of the Harmony Ridge culture. I plan on residing here for a very long time.

My experience here at "Harmony Ridge" has been delightful. The staff is very knowledgeable about their property and very friendly. Harmony Ridge is also located in a great community and not far from any activities you may enjoy. If you enjoy exercising, they have quick access to trails in the area. Overall, thumbs up for Harmony Ridge.

On November 30, 2017 my boyfriend and I went to harmony ridge to try to get approved for an apartment. We showed up prepared with 3 separate money orders. 2, $55 money orders for the application fees and a $300 money order for the deposit, to hold our unit if we were approved. They took all three money orders. December 2nd we still hadnt heard anything from them so we called several times throughout 4 hours with no answer. We decided to go up there. We walked in and Connie was in the office. We told her our names and said we tried calling but no one answered and were just curious if we had been approved or not. She said that we were approved however, we would have to have 2 months rent with the $300 deposit we already put down, along with full rent again upon move in. So we would need 3,900 upfront to move in. I asked why and she said our credit wasnt good enough. Mind you, my credit alone is a 734. Then she proceeded to tell us that we havent been at our jobs long enough. My boyfriend has been at General Motors for a year. I have been in the food service industry for 10 years. I was at my previous job for 8 years, when they declared bankruptcy and closed their doors. Not my fault, I wasnt fired and I didnt quit. I never went without a job, I made sure I was secure when they declared bankruptcy, I got a second job which is where I am at now and Ive been there since May. I asked Connie for our $300 deposit back and she said she would mail it to us. I asked when she would be able to do so. She told me she technically had 30 days to get it back to me. Dec 23 I called and spoke to Connie because I still havent received my money she told me if I wanted to send her $200 she would send me my $300 deposit because $200 of that was for administration fees, I said no, we never lived there. You got two separate $55 money orders for application fees! The $300 was for the deposit which is clearly stated on your website and all of the paperwork that was given to us, as a REFUNDABLE deposit and we never lived there so Im really not sure why that deposit wouldnt be refundable, nor do I think it is legal for you to NOT refund it because we NEVER lived there. I told her I would contact my lawyer, the attorney general and her management to make sure they didnt do this to other people ever again, if thats what it took. She said she would send a check for the full $300 to the address that is on our paperwork but she then reiterated that she technically had 30 days to do so. Not necessarily, she had 30 days from the date the money order was drawn on, which was November 30th. It already being the 23rd of December she had 7 days but I didnt get into that with her. I told her that I would be waiting for my deposit and if I didnt receive it I would take the next course of action and that I had no problem calling back. It is now January 2nd of 2018 and I havent gotten anything in the mail. For me its not about the money, my boyfriend and I make great money. It is about the principle of the situation here and wondering how many other people theyve done this to and wondering if maybe thats why they can afford to give away free tvs with their units when you sign a lease. This review will also be sent to their manager at progress property group and I wont stop until this matter is rightfully, resolved! If youre considering moving here I advise you to please be careful. The units are beautiful, brand new and they seem very safe however the management seems completely unorganized, unprofessional about handling matters, they will give you the run around for weeks/months and for us and our situation we kind of feel like theyre trying to scam us out of our money that we work hard for. Just be mindful.

I am writing on behalf of the Harmony Ridge apartment homes. My husband and I have been residents since August of this year. We were attracted to the Cottleville area because the community is safe, clean, and close to shopping and dining.Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to learn of the walking paths, dock, and lakes surrounding the grounds.The office staff is friendly, courteous and eager to meet our needs.Any needs or concerns regarding maintenance are handled in a timely manner.The home itself is beyond spectacular! Brand new appliances, neutral decor, and hardwood flooring are welcoming and spacious. The acoustic separation between homes is exemplary. We are thrilled with our decision to call Harmony Ridge our home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I had mold growing everywhere in my home! My entire place flooded numerous of times and they constantly stated that they would fix it and never did. I came back from out of town to my home in standing water! Connie the property manager claims she got a new email and never read any of my emails (I wanted full communication only from her and I through email for legal purposes) and after awhile she stopped responding to my emails. My brand new SUV got KEYED there in the parking lot that I live, and they have no cameras to back up their residents for safety. The cost of living is OUTRAGEOUS for their small rooms. Move in at your own risk. Fair warning!

Awful apt complex. There is a lot of foot traffic due to the businesses below. The businesses themselves are quiet, but when their patrons leave they are very loud with cars going by at all hours of the night and young people yelling. A few weeks ago 5 teenagers were arrested behind the building for smoking weed at 2am in the resident parking. We have had continuous maintenance issues with windows leaking in our apt, literally running water on the floors. My neighbors have the same issue, its not just our apt. The leaks were so bad in the end unit, that there are black mold spots in the closet. I took photos. They have not repaired the black mold or windows. As of this last weekend there were two cars broken into IN the parking garage. This is supposed to be a secure garage with key fobs/ door openers to get in. Two cars were broken into and had things stolen. These are PAID spots, and the apt complex is too cheap to install security cameras (you can get a set of 3 cameras for less than $200. I have lived here almost a year, and they have been in and out of my apartment more times than I can count. I am beyond irritated with the lack of privacy, lack of security, and lack of caring. We will be running away from this place the first chance we get when our lease is over!

I have lived in my apartment at Harmony Ridge for a year and a half. The leasing staff has always been very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. Everything in the apartment works as it should and maintenance has always repaired any minor defects with the apartment. I am disabled and couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The owner even reversed my bathroom door for me to make it easier to get into my master bathroom, at no cost and was a job well done by maintenance. I applaud Harmony Ridge for everything they do to keep the exterior and interior of the facilities looking nice and presentable. I am completely at home, with nice neighbors. The parks, trails, lakes, and pool are very beautiful just outside my doorstep. Great job Harmony Ridge!

I prefer loft living and was glad to find this facility after my move from the Bogen Lofts downtown. However, these lofts are overpriced, not kept very clean, and it is annoying trying to get someone from the management staff to respond to an email. Plus, they rarely answer the phone. But, they are nice ladies when you finally do get a response. The owner is a greedy grunt. He allowed a Hookah Bar to open right under the lofts in which we live and pay good money for. They are open until 12:00 p.m. and it can get loud after hours, which makes it very difficult to sleep. That's a crock, all in the name of greed. Plus, he keeps raising the rent on loyal tenants without providing any further perks and quality service. Karma will call his name soon, I'm sure.

I lived in the Courtyard units and this is my honest experience. I started living here because of irritating neighbors at my last apartment. I am moving now because I have a job closer to the city and the commute is too long. The court yard apartments are really nice. I would recommend them to anyone. I think they are a bit pricey for what you get but you do also pay for your neighbors in some cases which can be worth it. The staff is very nice and I had my emergency repairs dealt with promptly. They are pretty slow when dealing with more minor repairs and you pretty much have to call them if you want a more prompt response. I emails tend to get forgotten or ignored. I think they are a bit under staffed. The pool is tiny so don't let that be a selling point for you. My biggest gripe with the place was that you are forced to get AT&T and I hate AT&T. I asked them if they had Charter when I moved in and they told me yes but it turned out that was for the loft apartments and not the one I was living in. That really annoyed me because U-Verse is pretty terrible and over priced. Besides that, I would recommend to this place to anyone. It's a good place to live. I will bump this review up a star if I hear they allow Charter in the courtyards or their maintenance is more speedy. Pros: - Units are beautiful - All electric - Neighbors are pleasant and nice. - Location is nice and quiet - Friendly Staff Cons: - Expensive - Tiny pool - Ventilation in master bedroom could be better. - AT&T - Slow Repairs

WARNING!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SHAM! ONE STAR IS BEING NICE. My roommate and I moved to the Harmony Ridge Lofts in May of 2014 and have had nothing but problems. Although these "lofts" are advertised as "luxury living" DON'T BE FOOLED. The two great things about Harmony Ridge are the swimming pool and location. Now that that's out of the way, let me list the reasons Harmony Ridge has disappointed me. 1. Our SHOWER has not worked for a consistent month since we moved in. I'm not sure how being able to shower is not a necessity. It is a constant game of Russian Roulette. It took EIGHT MONTHS for the leasing staff to finally offer to and perform the repair. 2. The floor STICKS to your feet. Yes, the concrete stain from the floor literally peels off and sticks to your body. 3. The bathroom sink doesn't drain and never has. 4. The blinds fall off periodically. 5. The kitchen sink smells like a fish market. 6. There is constantly dog pee and throw up in the elevator. 7. FINALLY, the leasing staff is a complete and total JOKE. It shouldn't take eight months to repair a shower. A shower is NOT a luxury. I would also like to note that because it took so long we requested to speak with the owner of the lofts regarding our frustrations and it has yet to happen a month later. We aren't the only one who has experienced the poor service. Any resident you meet in passing will gladly tell you about issues that are still not corrected after TWO YEARS. Don't let the idea of a loft in the middle of the St. Charles area or the free TV they will offer you for leasing fool you. Harmony Ridge "Luxury Living" is a cesspool is disguise.
