The main property boasts an open-concept living space that is perfect for entertaining. The custom kitchen is a chef's dream with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, and a large island providing a lot of counter space.

Upstairs in the main house, you will find 3 bedrooms, a hallway bathroom, and a laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a full/twin bunkbed and the other has another king size bed.

Just across the outdoor patio space, you will find the casita with a living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom.

SDGE - $300 allowance/month (short term only) (Tenant will be responsible for over that amount)
Water - $300 allowance/month (short term only) (Tenant will be responsible for over that amount)
All other utilities are included in the monthly rent.
