The two-story home includes 3 bedrooms, including 2 primary bedrooms, an optional bedroom, and 3.5 bathrooms. Ensuring a good night's sleep is never far away, with a primary bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. With its plush queen size bedding and peaceful surroundings, you're guaranteed a restful night. This bedroom includes a desk area, french doors which open to the home's patio, two closets, and a recently remodeled bathroom with large vanity and tile shower.

Off of the dining area, separated with french doors and window treatments for privacy is a den with a half bathroom attached. The den includes a game cabinet, piano, smart television, and comfortable sofa. The sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, making the den with ensuite half bath and TV a comfortable guest bedroom.

Located upstairs is the spacious second primary bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and glass doors which open to a balcony which overlooks the backyard. To the right of the bed is the ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, tile shower, and large closet. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a beautiful dual head tub/shower combo and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and large closet.
