I must say that reading these reviews sounds like the new management in the office failed to their job. We lived there last year and I must say it was one of the best experiences we had in a apartment. They had a great staff and maintnace was top notch. The place was always clean and always very inviting. But when we left in March of 2017 is right around the time they brought in a new girl in the office. She did not care about the people or the maintnace problems they had. She carried about renting and did not care what the apartments looked like. I have heard a lot of the staff quit because of her. I think her name was Jessica if she is still there when you look at the place dont rent.

The rent is highish.. but my one bedroom is 710 a month. It depends on what floor plan you rent etc etc. I haven't been here a whole year though. I'll see what the rent ends up being raised to then.

Terrible place that is getting worse by the day. I am please to say that I don't live here anymore. Rent for 1-bedroom was $1060/mo. @ 15-mo lease. The Last month was $1375 for month-to-month, yet they still had some units that still appear to be government subsidized housing, based on the high about of disabled/low-income tenants.
We receive a final invoice close to a month later of a fine of $350 for carpet stains. There was no stains that would warrant this amount of fee. Along with this we accidentally left behind our wedding present silverware in the drawer. Instead of letting us know they "threw them out".
I would not suggest this place to anyone.

The staff is great, but the management is a NIGHTMARE. There were two separate property managers during my lease, and neither cared that this was your home--they just care that you write the check. I've paid a premium for a "renovated" apartment, but have had electrical issues, SO MANY plumbing issues (water all over the floor on more than one occasion), HVAC issues, dryers eating your money (because even laundry is extra and they smell), and gas leaks. When I formally submitted a complaint for all of the issues I was having, the property manager "lost" the document and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I followed up. When the AC wouldn't work in the middle of the summer heat, I was ignored until I alluded to going over the managers head, and then got yet another "sorry about your luck" when my electricity bill quadrupled because of yet another equipment failure--in a "renovated" apartment! They didn't clean before I moved in; if they had, they would have noticed the sawdust all over the kitchen, the clogged tub drain, the backwards kitchen sink, the cracked counter-top, and lack of water supply to the dishwasher. I was promised a new kitchen light fixture (with an actual switch) when I moved in, but I should have gotten that one in writing, because now 14 months later, I have yet to see it. After all of that, the value has somehow increased if i re-sign. Do yourself a favor--go to Portsmouth down the street. They're similar apartments, but at least your utilities are included!

My husband and I went in the the apartment office 3 weeks ago. The 2 girls who normally work there were out sick. The girl who was covering let us know ALL about the apartments, or so we thought. We had to go back home to fill out an application, which costs at least 50. The cheapest cost would be 51.99 - which they electronically take out of your bank (you have to provide your routing number and account number, which is a bit scary), otherwise you pay an additional $10-$12 for credit card payment. So we fill out the application, and immediately the money is taken out of my account. So We wait for a call... nothing. The next week, I finally call them to find any information on our application. When the woman answered, she was very polite, but her computer system had crashed. She asked me for a return phone number so she could call me back - she never did. Waited an entire week to see if she would call me back, and nothing. I finally call today to try and find out - turns out our application was denied. I'm not upset about it being denied - I'm upset that noone had the decency to CALL US and let us know! They just got our money and say "screw it". Very unprofessional customer service, and with all the "positive reviews" on their customer service, they must only care about their already-paying customers, not their potential ones. Very disappointed.
