Our facilities include a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, his/her saunas, community grills, outdoor fireplace with TV, 24/7 fitness center, volleyball court, pet park, gazebos, walking trail, business center, and playgrounds. Our townhomes include all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in unit, 9-foot ceilings, 2 car garage with storage, patio, extra storage in some, premium flooring, walk-in closets, and furnished basic cable.

The current rental rates for our townhomes are as follows:
3 bedroom/2.5 bath (1,715 sq ft) rents for $1,265 per month. (This floor plan is not shown on our website, however, it is the same floor plan as our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath with the exception of the "Bedroom 4 or Bonus Room" and the bathroom. Instead, this room is unfinished and serves as attic space only.)
3 bedroom w/study/3.5 bath (1,774 sq ft) rents for $1,350 per month.
4 bedroom/3.5 bath (1,975 sq ft) rents for $1,390 per month.
**We also offer military, student, and senior discounts; they are $50 off rent each month.**
