These apartments are amazing and very fair priced. DO NOT MOVE TO WHISPERWOOD!!!! I Just came from there and had a year of hell. Read my review of them on their page. Unless u want your kids knowing about crack pipes and your things stolen do not move there. Sugar Mill is awesome. Cut me a deal to help me get out of my lease at whisperwood as I wasn't safe there.... Staff is awesome. The apartment are huge! And amazing. 1682 SQ ft for a 2 bed room with an office. Walk in closets in all rooms. Tile back splash hard wood floors. Surround sound speakers..... amazingly priced.... I'm going Every 6 weeks a maid comes and cleans your apartment....door to door trash pick up. I am thoroughly impressed by the apartments. I looked at Avana highlands and their 2 bedroom are 1100 SQ ft. For more money. Sugar Mill is the best place to live for the money in Columbus I've lived in a couple greystones and whisperwood and now sugar Mill. Sugar Mill is awsome. 10 out of 10 and the area is very nice. Very nice people that live here I feel safe allowing my kids to play outside. Very nice pool. And they only have about 275 units so it's a small community. Talk to Niki. She is awsome at the leasing office. Helped me out with everything

There isn't enough space to explain why Sugar Mill is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartment itself isn't as big as a problem as the people who run the place. I constantly had maintenance requests ignored. We usually just deal with maintenance issues on our own but when the toilet had a problem with the sewage pumps, they took over a month to fix it. We had to use the bathroom in the laundry room which was about 100m away. We paid our rent on time every month but sometimes they would try to sneak a late fee in. Once we challenge it and show receipts they remove it. There is a lack of communication between workers that usually leads to the tenants getting screwed. They held my deposit and even said I owed much more than my deposit for problems that were already there when we moved in. They told me that they would make a note. The only place they noted it was on a list of charges when I moved out. There is too much to write but take my word and do not move into this place. I wish I had a review such as this when I was apartment hunting and I could have avoided a lot of trouble. You are literally better off moving into Booker T apartments. At least you won't have management trying to cheat you and scam every dime of your hard earned money from you.

WARNING!!I have only been in this a apartment for about two month. It was the worst decision I ever made. The neighborhood do not respect one another. The tenants play their music extremely loud.I havnt had one night of rest in my apartment. Also, I am able to here very conversations from the connecting apartments. There is a lot of loud taking and music outside at night. When you call the courtesy officer he is never on the property. I am counting the days until my lease is completed.The walls are not sound proof at all. All of the floors in my apartment make a terriable noisy when I walk. I AM MISERABLE HERE!
