Approval is based on an overall credit, background check, and income verification. Anyone 18 years of age or older that will live in the home has to undergo a background check.
Max occupancy of six tenants (3 in each unit). Rent is $900 per room. We only require one co-signer to apply. All tenants and their parents/co-signers sign the lease.
1 year lease. Renters are responsible for utilities - Sewer included W/Rent. Non-refundable pet deposit ($350). Rent is by the bedroom.
