Complete the rental application ($75 non-refundable fee) for each adult occupant over the age of 18 (our third-party screener runs a criminal, credit, and renter history check). 2. Upload proof of income that shows you make 3x the amount of rent per month and a picture of a valid ID (can be combined with other applicants). 3. If you pass the application process, there is a security deposit of either 1- or 2-month rent. 4. After being approved, you have 24 hours to pay the security deposit to reserve the property. 5.
