There is also a community space with a playground located just outside the back door! The home does not have AC and the tenant is responsible for all utilities but trash. The home is located in School District 20, it was built in 1999. and it is 1550 square feet.
We will allow up to 2 pets in the property. Pets can be up to 50 pounds each, must be at least 1 year old, and have up to date shot records. If approved, there is a $300 deposit per pet plus $35 per month per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
