This 2 bedroom is an end unit town home. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom and laundry area. The main level has a living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. There is a 1 car attached garage and 1 designated parking spot in the HOA. This unit is 1050 square feet, built in 2000, and located in School District 20. The tenant is responsible for all utilities but the owner pays for trash. This unit does not have central Air Conditioning.
We will allow cats in the property but unfortunately no dogs. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
