-No evictions or unlawful detainers in the past 5 years
-No outstanding balance owed to previous landlords

Total Move-in Costs:
-First month's full rent
-Security deposit
-Pet owners: First month's pet rent ($50 per pet) plus one-time pet fee of $250 per pet
-Prorated rent, sewer, and trash charges for the following month

Requirements Before Receiving Keys:
-Signed lease agreement
-Utility account numbers (Gas, Electric, and Water)
-Renter's Insurance Declaration's Page listing the new address
-Payment of all fees

Additional Information:
To secure the rental property, the approved applicant must place a deposit equivalent to one month's rent or the specified amount based on their credit application. Non-refundable pet fees apply for pet owners. Residents are responsible for all utilities, including Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, and Trash, which are not included in the base rent. Stoves and refrigerators are provided or will be provided in all homes.
