Individual well-maintained rooms are available in the area of 90th and Hough. This is a shared apartment. We have one unfurnished room available, at $650 per month. Utilities and Internet are included for all rooms. The property is well-maintained, and current tenants are long-term. No smoking, no dope, no pets, and no overnights. Quiet hours are kept between 12 am and 7 am daily, with no exceptions. Rooms are leased on 12-month terms, and one one-month security deposit is required.
