The living room (17 1/2 x 14) and kitchen (17 x 11) are huge and the two bedrooms are very good sized (13 1/2 x 11 1/2 & 12 x 11 1/2). The electric, gas, sewer and trash would be in the tenants names and the water would be $25.00/month paid to the landlord.

This duplex is located in Clay Center which is a small community that has everything you would need for daily living. It is also about 35 minutes from Fort Riley and 40 minutes from Manhattan and Junction City. It is a wonderful community and a great place to raise a family or just get away from the Fort Riley, JC or Manhattan area. In 2011, we added a $200,000+ park that is just a few blocks away. Clay Center also has a nice and free zoo which was renovated and walking trails added, several golf courses (public & private) as well as many restaurants, shops, stores, bars & other activities. We also have a wonderful and newer Aquatic Park!
