I can't say enough good things about this complex. My first experience with Brandychase is one I won't forget. My previous apartment rental fell through and I had a car full of belongings and my two kids and had no idea what I was going to do. I was connected to Jen from Brandychase and she was able to get me right into an apartment. Not only was it a clean and nice community, but the amenities were amazing. I was able to rent a 3rd floor with cathedral ceiling, sky light, walk in closets for both kids and myself. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. This is amazing to me. My apartment faces the woods and I can wake up and sit on the balcony and watch deer, birds, rabbits, etc while drinking my coffee. It's kind of like a retreat. The pools are so nice and clean and everybody is so friendly. The grounds are clean and everybody looks out for each other. I was able to rent a home or I would be staying another year. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. You won't regret it!!

I currently live at the Brandychase Apartment complex. They are completely unprofessional in their dealings with residents. I have had to have them come out to spray repeatedly for insects such as ants, spiders, and so forth. When I first called I was told well that just comes with living on a slab, unfortunately for them I grew up in a house on a slab and never had these issues in our home. I will be calling again tomorrow morning to have them come and spray again as I just killed a Centipede in our living room which was no more than two feet away from where my baby was playing. I also have to call tomorrow about paint peeling from baseboards because they simply keep reapplying coats of paint on top of coats of paint instead of scraping or sanding down the old paint to better apply fresh paint. All of the dumpsters are always full because the maintenance crew throw appliances and so forth in them. They come to empty the trash on Wednesdays and by Friday they are totally full again. When I called to ask about this I was told, well they have a job to do, which shows they care nothing for their paying tenants. I have several elderly people in my building and apparently they, along with myself, are to wander the property looking for a dumpster to throw our garbage into instead of being able to use the ones near our building. The overflowing dumpsters are also a breeding ground for insects and the rotting garbage stinks constantly and also draws all kinds of animals to it. This property in particular does not care about their residents and looks to raise rates and charge money at every possible turn. They threatened me with a $25.00 fine for leaving my trash next to the overflowing dumpster (which they dug into the trash to find who it belonged to) even though they couldnt prove I actually left it instead of it falling out. Having a pet is apparently a privilege and you will be fined if they catch you not picking up after your dog. While I appreciate that, its not a privilege if you are paying for it; the dog owners are paying to have a dog and so it is not a privilege. Oh, and there are mandatory quiet hours from 10pm-8am and if you are caught violating them you will be asked to vacate. While I appreciate the idea of having a quiet apartment what is stopping someone from claiming that I am being too loud and then me getting into trouble when in fact it is only because my neighbor doesnt like us or so forth? One final thing, make sure maintenance only comes when you can be present. They do cut rate work with little knowledge of how to properly execute their tasks. CMC and Brandychase have no clue how to run a respectable rental property or business and have no business doing so. If the opportunity arises to live elsewhere, whether you are currently residing at Brandychase or just looking, I suggest you do so. If youre stuck living at Brandychase or a CMC property for a few more months, a year, or whatever it may be I advise you to prepare to fight for every little request to actually be completed properly.

Brandychase is a great place to live. The woodland setting, the pond, park and basketball court are all wonderful, not to mention the 2 separate pools! Lots of pets and great for families. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I especially have to commend Jen Clemmons - her professionalism and helpfulness have been so appreciated. She has gone out of her way to welcome new families and has always provided outstanding service.

I have lived here for a year and it has been a great expierience. Even though it is an apartment complex, it is very roomy and if you have pets, there are great spaces all across the complex. There is even a dog park for dogs to run around. They have complitmentary doggy bags all around. One of the leasing consultants, Jennifer Clemmons has been great to me and my family. She called all of the kids in the neighborhood to come and get me to show me around since i was new. Now i am really good friends with all of the kids and even some that are out of brandychase. Jen helped me and my mom get our apartment and my mom her job. I am so lucky to have the amazing employees at brandychase help me with all of my needs. I would definitely reccomend moving to this complex.

I recently moved from Brandychase due to job transfer. I would like to recommend the property to anyone who is in the market for an apartment. There were never any issues and Ms. Shelly in the office was always very helpful.
