Coin-operated laundry and extra storage space is available in select buildings. Residents are responsible for electric/heat and a fixed $40 (1 bed units) or $55 (2 bed units) monthly fee for water/sewer. We have a no-smoking policy. Application fees are $50 per person 18 or older.
