Residents are responsible for heat, electric and a fixed monthly fee for water/sewer as follows:

1 Bedrooms - $65
2 Bedrooms - $75
3 Bedrooms - $85
4 Bedrooms - $95

We have a no-smoking policy in our buildings and apartments.

The application fee is $50.00 per applicant for anyone 18 years or older. Move in costs include a security deposit of 1/2 the monthly rent price plus a one time $100 admin fee. We will get back with you in 24-48 hours. Below, you will find some of our minimum requirements:
