I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space. Extra storage available. If you don't yet know about Pilsen then you should; it's the last great neighborhood in Chicago.
