Spacious one, two, and three-bedroom/one-bath apartments and one four-bedroom/two bath apartment located in Ash Flat, Arkansas Available to low-income residents that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. Richwood Apartments also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive from Walmart and local eateries.
Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
