3 Story Townhouse 3 bed/2.5 bath with a garage and fenced in back yard. Townhouse is located right off Route 29. One cat/small dog will be considered. One small pet will be considered for a monthly pet rent of $35.00. Breed restrictions do apply and one pet only. Video of the unit may differ from actual unit but helps show lay out.

The application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant after you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease.
We do ask for the following requirements from all of our tenants: (1) A credit score of at least 620 (no accounts in collections), (2) verifiable employment and/or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount, (3) positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example; eviction or court cases with landlord) or a positive mortgage history. All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check.
