PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed.
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
TENANT PAID UTILITIES nothing outside of the utility fee mentioned above. Unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
