Large windows on two sides, incredible hardwood floors, one reserved off street parking spot, additional open street parking available on a first come basis. In unit washer/dryer. Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Approx. 450 sq. ft.

COSTS: there is a one-time $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities, plus cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. Renters insurance required.
PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed.
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
TENANT PAID UTILITIES nothing outside of the utility fee mentioned above. Unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)

PARKING there is a designated parking spot behind the unit off of 4th street, or you may park in front of the unit off of E street
