The residents were quiet, like, as to not disturb others. Overall impressed and only expect the standard of living to increase.

There is never a perfect place to live but this is a comfortable efficient and nice place to live if you are looking for a centralized location. Especially that everything is included in your rent. And yes, u can be here long term and even make it your home...

Every now and then you have those places that you have to give your opinion on, even tho you perfer not to. This is that place... First off dont judge a review by its first sentence. That being said... Siegel Select has done a remarkable job in the purchasing and maintaining of, one of least desirable establishments in the Casa Grande area. The rates for this extended stay suites are in fact very competitive to the surrounding hotels. If your just pasing thru this area and need a place to stay, Siegel Select Suites is probly the best bet for you. Just got to keep to your self. Theres a lot of "rif raf" that call that place home. But theres plenty of parking and two crystal clear swimming pools. They no longer offer wifi for free. But overall not to bad of a place to stay.

The rooms are nice, the staff are but some lean more towards the abrupt side. Rating 2.5 Stars because our toilet stopped up around 7pm ish, I stopped by the office to let them know only to find out that they apparently they only have ONE plunger and that they don't have maintenance this late in the day. I would like to offer the Management a couple of options 1) Contact an after-hours maintenance person 2) Invest in more plungers (If those aren't cost effective there's one other option) 3) Offer the guest another room and tend to the room in the AM. I know after hearing the only plunger wasn't returned and that there's not any maintenance this late in the day and that being the end of the conversation, I was left thinking oh great what do we do about having to go to the bathroom, I can say 1 simple solution could have made this a 5 Star review and that would have been offering option #3. Still have a few days here I will update my review if things change. *UPDATE* 4/7/17 It seems that the toilets lose water pressure in the late evenings because here we are 11pm and the toilet is clogged again when during the day it was flushing fine.

THIS PLACE SUCKED 1st room, which was up stairs, not what I reserved. It smelled like an musty ashtray, black hair all over the kitchenette and bathroom floor, talk about GROSS They moved us to another room... The comforter had blood stains and fetal on it, the bed springs were coming through the mattress, again black hair on the floor. Slept that night, NOT When we brought it to their attention, they refused to move us again. So I took pictures of the comforter, took it to the office showed them, told them they could come lay on that bed, tell me if they would sleep on it. After that they brought a new bed and comforter. This is after I had to go to Walmart to buy an egg crate, when they refused to move me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THUS PLACE TO MY EMEMY. Good luck if you stay at this place. Oh yeah, I paid $84.00 a night for this dive

My husband and I had planned on staying here for awhile as we moved to the area. When we tried to reserve a room they said yoy had to put a 100.00 deposit down to hold it. That would have been no big deal but it had to be done in person. When we finally arrived they said they thought they would have a room available that night. We got the key to a room later and went and looked at it. The room smelled, carpet was dirty, the room is so small that that we couldn't even put our suitcases in it. The kitchen area had no place to store for food or pots and pans. There was no way we could stay there. They even argued about giving back the 100.00 to hold the room but we did finally get that back. They also have a reputation for high crime and drugs. The police were there during that time for vandalism of a car.

I decided that the room was not going to work for me so i checked out within 5 mins. called the booking agent and they contacted the hotel i was advised that the hotel was unwilling to refund my money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND!!!! If i could take stars away i would.

We did not even have as much as a plastic cup in the room, no blanket or mattress pad on the bed, 2 pillows no extras, no vanity in bathroom.....where do you put your things for shaving ext..., only 1 night stand....I used a chair for mine, extremely tiny room that had an odor to it. No continental breakfast and if you wanted to go to the pool you needed to go to the office to check out a key! Wait til you get your bill a lot of taxes added onto it! Would not recommend .

Conveniently close to Interstate-8 and Interstate-10. Rooms are cozy. Not fancy but comfortable. Access to pools and a small work out facility. Located in the courtyard are sitting areas and grills if one should desire to indulge in a bbq. Have been staying at Siegel going on 2 months now. Over all experience has been wonderful. Day or night one will find peace and quiet. A great place to call home for now. Come visit we can have coffee sometime. A few pictures of a quaint cozy room. Been a pleasure staying here!

Fair priced nightly, weekly and monthly rentals for studio and 1bedroom apartments.Safe and quite, cabel and utilities include ed.Rooms are furnished with a 42inch flat screen TV. Need your own cook wear, bedding and towels. Clean grounds two swimming pool's a jacuzzi and weight room with laundry rooms as well. Perfect place to winter out, it's December and the weather is great compaired to three foot of snow.Shopping is close and all our needs are met. The staff are very freindly and attentive to make all our needs met as well. My wife and I would recommend this business to anyone who is traveling or just needs a safe place to rest awhile. Very convenient . Special thanks to the staff and all employees for teaming together for us.

I am extremely dissatisfied & disappointed w/ this establishment. My partner and I stayed just about 2 months, we paid just over a $1000 a month, the last 2 1/2 weeks we were unable to go swimming, &/or relax in the spa anytime after dark, because some lights were broken (we kept being reassured it would be the next day, but it never happened!) We were paid up until today 11/15/17, but because this establishment! welcomes guests that are drunk, abusive, belligerent, & extremely loud at all hours of the night, people throwing lit cigarettes at guests, (including my partner!), illegal public intoxication, racial slurs, people threatening underpaid, unarmed, security guards. BTW exactly what time should everyone keep the noise down!? because this BULLSH*T continues well into 2AM!! We felt extremely unsafe!! & in the process of leaving, my partner being fearful, of a belligerent drunk, busted her hand wide open in room door, after it shut on her hand from the outside:/ This establishment houses families, w/ small children, people need to sleep to get up & go to work or TANF required, job search! how are they supposed to do that, when this BULLSH*T is happening night after night!! EACH & EVERY night we stayed, some moron would push the easy accessible alarm, designed for disabled tenants!! we had no choice, but to wear earplugs & bare it!! Upon requesting residency, we were told absolutely NO more than one dog, but the majority of tenants, had 2-4 dogs per room, (many w/ young puppies!)... there is supposed to be breed restrictions, but tenants literally just open their door & let their pit-bulls, run free w/o a leash!! We were told more than once that we were the only tenants that picked up after our dog! there is dog feces EVERYWHERE!! Irresponsible tenants, were leaving their children unattended, in the pool & the spa! diaper crystals, floating to the rim of the pool & the spa both!! High speed internet for one week is $12 ish & most times doesnt even have a strong enough signal to run a cellphone!! Water turned off for hours & sometimes days, w/o warning! Heroin, meth & rx controlled opioid pills, sold in the parking lot, damages done to vehicles over jealous hookers vs pimps, windows broken, etc etc!! Oh & lets not forget disrespectful people, removing your personal laundry from the washer & dryers, before the cycle has even completed!! I would NEVER recommend this place!! If I could give FIVE ANGRY faces as a review I would!!

I would not recommend the Casa Grande location whatsoever. I have been here two years due to school and when I needed a new mattress, I couldn't get one. They have individuals overdosing, shooting at each other, and other issues. This is an unsafe environment, go somewhere else.

This place is a nightmare. Don't think you're getting any kind of deal. This is a government half-way house with addicts staying here. The pictures are completely deceptive. The rooms look nothing like they show; they're cracker boxes. There are no dishes, utensils or anything else. They charge for 'available' wi-fi. You can't check out if you're dissatisfied. We've tried three telephone numbers and can't get a human being to answer. The desk clerk is absolutely no help whatsoever.

With the cost of renting here, your better off renting a real apartment. $266 a week for a 1 bedroom suite. $211 for a single suite. Add an extra $10 if you pay with a card. $150 fee to change rooms. Cannot complain about the noisy neighbors because that can happen anywhere. Nobody's ever messed with my vehicle and it's a newer model. All around decent short term solution, expensive long term solution.

On 07/07/17 I was setting in the large pool area when I was approached by a security guard and was told that I could not have any soda or eats in the pool area. I inquired as to when that changed had been made and he advised me that management had made that decision this week. I have lived here for over 5 years and all during that time when a change was to take place they would always give at least a 30 day notice of the change. I would also like to add that the security guard was very unprofessional when he approached me by addressing me as " MY MAN" he does not know me nor has he ever talked to me until this day.I advised him of that and I also told him I would be contacting the coporate office about this; he advised me that he did not care who I talked to.

The room was nice, it had a fridge, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, TV with remote and alarm clock. The bathroom was shower only (no bathtub) and the bed was very very noisy! I couldn't move let alone turn over without the mattresses making a loud squeaky noise. I couldn't help but feel bad for the people below me and would try my best not to move. Also, the price is no where near what's advertised. One person, one bed, one night cost me $92 and change. And when I called the front desk to get a WiFi password no one would answer the phone... The room was nice, but with the bed and the price - wouldn't stay there again.
