This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
DESCRIPTION:
This darling 2-bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is positioned on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood in the center of Carolina Beach. It is a pet friendly home that boasts a single level floor plan, green space for your pet, and is an easy walk to the beach. The sizable covered front porch welcomes you warmly and sets the tone for this charming home. Upon entering you are greeted by the nicely updated kitchen complete with coffee bar. There is compact seating for four people that opens to the cozy living room. Two plush sofas line the living area and make a wonderful place to relax at the end of a long sun-filled day. A smart TV allows you to stream your favorite apps, and there is also an expanded satellite package. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and offers the same expanded tv services that are found in the main living area. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a queen-sized bed and has a tv that offers streaming services. Both bedrooms have generous closet space and can easily access the hall bathroom. Complete with tasteful décor and soothing ocean tones, the bathroom offers a shower tub combo.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4-5 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400/pet nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
