Welcome to Dockside, a boater's paradise in Carolina Beach, NC! This stunning rustic waterfront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage for all your storage needs. Enjoy breathtaking Intracoastal Water Views from the comfort of your wrap-around porch or private dock.
Your rental includes: 2 full-sized boat slips + an additional 3rd shallow water slip for kayaks
Slip 1: Your rent covers one boat dock on the outside edge of the dock: One side tie-up: Oversized floating dock that can easily accommodate larger center consoles with no beam restrictions. Dock fenders, 4 cleats, two pilings. Approximately 6 feet depth.
Slip 2: Inside slip with one side tie-up. 10' beam, 6' depth. 5 cleats.
Slip 3: Suitable for 2-3 dinghies or kayaks, approximately 3' depth. 3 cleats are available for visiting dinghies.
Fresh Water hose wash-down. There is no shore power on the dock.
