AVAILABILITY:

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

DESCRIPTION:
Indulge yourself in this newly built four bedroom, four and a half bath duplex on Cape Fear Blvd. The property offers plenty of parking and outdoor space. You enter at the front of the property that is completely on the ground level with no steps to entry. In the shared foyer, there will be a set of stairs that lead to the upper unit and a door to the left which leads to the lower unit. As you enter the door, you are welcomed by the spacious open concept living area. The living room allows for the entire group to relax while watching their favorite streaming channels.
