Welcome to "Sunset Point" Vacation Rental, located in in Pebble Beach, California. This unit is available only on a short-term basis, with a minimum of a 30-day stay requirement, and comes fully-furnished. Just moments away from the world renowned Pebble Beach Golf Course, and a stone's throw away from the Pacific Ocean, is this quiet studio-esque abode. Residing on the top floor of a well-kept estate, is your perfect get-away spot for 30 days (or more) on the Peninsula.
Located just blocks from the illustrious Pebble Beach Golf Course, 17-Mile Drive, and a short drive from all of the Peninsula's amenities, this studio's location "provides."
As you approach the private guest entrance and begin to walk inside, you'll notice multiple carpeted stairs leading up to the living quarters. Once you've reached the top of the stairs, please take note of the stunning ocean views. The vaulted A-shape of the unit highlights the height of the ceilings which brings in quite a bit of natural light to the space. The queen-sized bed is positioned perfectly to enjoy those blue-water views as well. The long kitchenette has a plug in-cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator and storage space for basic kitchen amenities.
The breakfast nook along the staircase railing provides comfortable accommodations to enjoy a meal or a refreshment. Off of the living quarters is the full bathroom with a shower stall, as well as ample walk-in closet space for your clothing items and some storage.
There is usage of the far left garage space, which has access directly into your unit's stairwell. There is also access via the garage to the washing machine and dryer, that is shared with the owner.
All utilities are included in this quaint abode for your convenience. Unfortunately at this time, this unit does not have laundry accommodations.
