This stunning custom-built house is located in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Golden Rectangle, nestled on a quiet street a few short blocks from the ocean and downtown. You’ll fall in love with the home’s ocean views, warm modern style, and stunning Asian-influenced details.

The house features three bedrooms + den and 2.5 baths. When you enter the home, you are greeted by ocean views from the great room, which combines the living room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a Wolf range, Miele fridge, Bosch dishwasher, and wine fridge.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a deck overlooking the garden and ocean. The powder room and main bedroom suite are also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, you will find a den with a private deck, scenic vistas, a desk, and daybed, perfect for your work-from-home office.

Downstairs, there is a fun-filled family room that includes a foosball table and library of books and toys for all ages. The lower level also has a laundry area, hall bathroom, and two more bedrooms - one with a queen bed and a fun bunk room with four twin beds!

The backyard features mature landscaping including two Meyer lemon trees - help yourself, when they are in season! There is also a gas barbecue for grilling and an outdoor ping-pong table for your family tournaments!

Carmel-by-the-Sea is considered a top vacation destination, with its incredible combination of beaches, charming shops, restaurants, and art galleries. There is so much to explore nearby, including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, world-class golfing at Pebble Beach, and amazing hikes in Point Lobos and Big Sur!
