Process: 1. Please fill out application including names and email addresses of landlords and employers of the past four years. The computer will email landlords- I will email employers for references.
2. If those go well, we'll schedule a viewing.
3. If after the viewing you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If that goes well, we arrange a date to sign the rental agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and receive keys.
