TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THE MANAGEMENT IGNORES YOU AND ACT LIKE YOU ARE LYING ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BUILDING. KINGS LANDING IS NOT A NORMAL APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT IS A SUPER CRAPHOLE YET THEY CHARGE LIKE IT IS A NICE REAL APARTMENT. GO TO BEXLEY ON MAIN IT IS WORTH THE LITTLE EXTRA. THE OTHER REVIEWS DON'T SOUND REALISTIC DO THEY. ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES. ALL OF THE BAD ONES ARE FROM TENANTS. MUST BE CAUSE THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING.

I worked for Class A from December 2021 to the middle of April as Maintenance. I had a good relationship with the residents and still do. The problem was that I couldn't get approval to buy parts to repair the residents issues. I have asked for A/C refrigerant since early January and still never got the approval to get it. I have been gone for 3 days and I got 4 on call requests for a/c repair this weekend,, but I don't work for them anymore and evidently they have no on call maintenance. I was let go because heavy work order load,but I had no parts to do the work orders. The residents thought I didn't know what I was doing,and i accepted that. I never told anybody that ClassA just wouldn't buy the parts required to repair their issues. I was loyal to Class A,but they are not loyal. And if residents read this,I know for a fact that leases were altered by property manager and the a prior property managers initials were forged,which is most likely illegal.
