It's a short walk to the Chaparral Golf Course and Country Club and their restaurant. About 10-15 minutes down the road is a cute casino, The Avi Casino. Of course, there are tons of activities in the area as well such a water activities, nightlife in Laughlin and plenty of places to wake up and have breakfast.
One of the best parts of this home's location is the nearby Community Rotary Park which is along the Colorado River in Bullhead City. It also features a sports complex with soccer fields, football fields, softball and baseball fields. The large regional city park also offers lighted pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park, beaches, walking trails, ramadas with barbecues, a boat launch ramp, a non-motorized boat launch ramp, a fishing pier, a remote control flying airfield, a fish cleaning station and dog park. Admission is free, but there is a fee for launch ramp use during the summer season. Rotary park is open to the public seven days a week, from 4:30 am until 11 pm.
