It is also used for the HOA & CDD Board Meetings, Zumba, community events, crime watch & more. The pool is a Jr. Olympic size pool and is maintained daily by the in-house staff, complete with swipe card access & security cameras. Staffed by pool monitors and open until 8 pm in the warmer months. The recently expanded fitness center is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It includes two treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bi-cycle, free weights, multi-station workout center, two televisions and security cameras. There is also a playground, basketball hoop, and open play area complete with benches. Covid restrictions could prevent these facilities from being used. NO PETS PERMITTED
