- No evictions in the past 7 years
- No violent criminal convictions
- Most recent Proof of Income
- Income requirement is 2-3 times the monthly rent.
- Section 8 and third party agencies accepted.
MOVE-IN COSTS:
- Application Fee $75 per adult.
- Admin Fee $125
- Full Month's rent (Any prorated portion will be due on the 1st of the following month)

WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
