We made the huge decision to sell our house and move to an apartment. No regrets two years later. Tourister Mill is just beautiful! Our grandson says You guys live in a fancy hotel! Everyone loves our apartment. The amenities are great toowe now have our own pool cues and ping pong paddles. The rental cost is not cheap but really is in line with or less than other places in our area. The leasing staff and maintenance people here are wonderful. We checked out other places first, including other Brady Sullivan buildings. This is truly the flagship property!

Wanted to update my review as I'll soon begin my fourth year in this beautiful building on this exquisite cove. The past three years have passed in the wink of an I, but what has remained consistent is the pleasure of living here. My neighbors have become friends, the leasing office staff have always promptly addressed any concerns (which have been minimal) and I really feel at home here. My two Brittany's have both gone to doggie heaven, but what a place to have lived the last three years of their beautiful lives. Always supplied an avalanche of treats by the kind leasing office personnel. This is my original review. It was time for an update!! I moved into Tourister Mill a year ago after spending 35 years in Chicago. What a blessing to have landed at this beautifully remodeled, historic mill residence. The apartment is perfect for my needs (as well as my two Brittany Spaniels'!) and the beauty of the cove and surrounding area is indelible. The leasing office staff and custodial staff have always been gracious, accommodating and professional. Attitude of gratitude!

We have lived at Tourister Mills for 3 yrs and love it here. The Tourister Community is warm and welcoming and we often have fun community gatherings. The water views are amazing with beautiful sunrise/sunsets. We are walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants and many are dog friendly. New property manager Adam has been fantastic and eager to address any concerns. We see a positive improvement since he rejoined our community and always greets us with a big smile and treats for our dog Louie . Staff is friendly and a wonderful extension to our community

It has been an exceptional experience living at the Tourister Mill. My fiance and I moved in a few months ago, and we both feel we made the best decision living here. The staff is delightful, always pleasant and so accommodating. The building is unique and alluring. The large windows provide so much natural light and the height is memorizing. The location is gorgeous, with water views and accessibility to many restaurants and shops. We could not be happier and do not have the words to express how much we love living here.

What a great place to live! We spent time looking at every Brady Sullivan property and knew immediately Tourister Mill was were we wanted to live! We spent time waiting and for the right unit and calling frequently for updates, Elizabeth and Leslie were always gracious and helpful during the process and since moving in. It paid off, we have a gem! The views of the ocean and the sunsets confirms we made the right choice. The entire team is friendly, efficient and kind. We're thrilled with our decision!
