Sherlie in the office is awesome! She should be in charge of this place. The girl needs a promotion! Rafael from maintenance is awesome too! He came and fixed our issues. He was professional and was able to take care of the issues quickly and knew what he was doing. We just moved in and I am looking forward to living here. By the way I have not seen any roaches here. My apartment was clean and in order when we moved in. Thank you Brandon Reserve!
Like many people here, I also had a hard time getting a hold of them by phone so I decided to go in person...
Like many people here, I also had a hard time getting a hold of them by phone so I decided to go in person as their hours are pretty flexible (they close at 6:00 Monday through Friday and open Saturdays 10:00 to 5:00). The moment I walked in I realized why they don't answer the phone, the office was packed! I was delighted to speak with Amber, even more so after learning it was her first day! She was professional and went above and beyond to answer my questions or ask when she didn't know the answer. Like many businesses, they are currently short staffed and do their best to perform their job. I understand people in the office have priority over callers, that's just the truth. I had a couple of hiccups with my application and had to go back into the office several times. Amber was always kind and understanding as well as the rest of the ladies that helped her through the process. I came in one day at 5:30 (right before closing), and the manager was out there helping the staff take care of everybody before going home. I've had a 5 stars experience and can't wait to move in in March! Thank you Amber!
