I wish I could give 0 stars! Water bill is insane and Annette is unprofessional, unorganized, and at times rude. She lost my check for rent last June and when I gave a new check she cashed BOTH! I moved out before February of this year and just got a letter from a collection agency saying I owe them money!! I will continue to spread the word that this facility is horrible.

This place is horrible. Annette is a crook. There is a water leak on the property. She will lie and pocket all the payments she says are for water. Bedbug infestation is common and she never says a word. No one stays long. Ask her about the water bill.

Thought this was a good home for me and my wife. The apartment manager is disorganized, frantic, and hard to deal with. Our townhome is nice on the inside but the outside maintenance is HORRIBLE. We pay almost 800 a month you would expect them to cut the grass, or pressure wash the buildings, or trim back the shrubs. I have lived in dump apartments that take better care of their properties. It is embarrassing and unprofessional. We will not be renewing our lease if something doesn't change and fast.

I originally thought this was the perfect home for myself and 3 children. I paid the deposit and waited for the manager to run the credit check.I She needed several items of paperwork to process the application over the next 2 weeks which I provided and waited patiently. When the time came to move in I had already packed up my current home and waited for the phone call to say we could start moving in. I got no call, and my calls were not returned. The day after our move in was to take place I called again and was told they were busy and sorry they didn't get back to me sooner but my application was denied because of an eviction 20 years ago! And of course that deposit I paid will take 30 days to get back. Why the hell she didn't run the credit check first, as she said she would, is beyond me. Now I have 3 children, a packed house, new renters moving into our home, and NO APARTMENT. Thanks so much Mineral Springs
