At the going rate on rent right now, I am very happy with size and layout of my apartment for what I pay. These units are very spacious, and I don't think you would find a better value for the money. I have also been very impressed at how quickly things get fixed here when there is a problem. i have lived in other rental apartments where I have waited days or weeks to get repairs done. They are quick to respond here, and do a great job at taking care of the issue. Lastly, I would like to comment on the professionalism and responsiveness of the management. Kristina and Ginger are both so nice to work with. They are fair, treat everyone kindly, and always willing to work with you if a problem arises. I know being a property manager can be a stressful and difficult job at times, but I think they both do a fantastic job, and are always professional. They make it easy to live here!

Ive lived here for almost 3 years. The building was bought by a new company, Steven Scott, and they kept on the previous property management which was the best decision they could have made. Kristina is a courteous, kind, and wonderful person as well as a great manager. Every interaction Ive had with her has been great. The on site building manager has been wonderful as well. Since shes been running the Arbors, everything is clean and well maintained. Anytime Ive had an issue in my apartment, I get fast, often same-day, results or fixes. The new company put in new hallway carpeting, more efficient light bulbs and water fixtures, and replaced bad windows. The only problem Ive had is packages being misplaced with no real action taken by the apartment ownership, Steven Scott. Some may have just been misplaced but some have been stolen or opened by residents and Steven Scott wont provide a permanent building solution.

I've been a resident of The Arbors for a few years now. What I enjoy about calling this home, is its peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood is safe. The management, especially Kristina Reiger, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. She's professional, courteous and maintains the property very well. The grounds are always kept up well, and the common areas are clean. I would recommend living here, because it's a nice place to call home.

Since the first time I reached out to the management team I have received wonderful customer service. I previously lived here and it was the best place to raise a family. Not only do they respond quickly but if anything is broke or needs attention, they will make sure it is completed asap without any inconvenience from our end as tenants. This is a very clean and safe environment. I will for sure recommend anyone to come and live here. Thank you Kristina for all you have done for us, I will always I appreciate your time and effort. :)
