Birmingham Towers extends an offer to senior’s age 62 years and over to be released of high rent and utility bills and be invited into paying low cost rent and no utility bills. We are currently leasing apartments to seniors who qualify for HUD assistance. Our facility is centrally located in the North Birmingham Community where drug stores, doctor offices, the post office, grocery stores, restaurants, the library, beauty and barber shops, bus stops, and an array of shopping facilities are readily available and within blocks from the facility. We have an on-site Service Coordinator who assists residents with all facets of their daily living. Her services expand in many directions to ensure that seniors have the services they need as well as provide assistance with the Social Security Administration, Medicare, Medicaid and other Medicare Advantage Programs.
