Upload Documents: Please upload all required supporting documents.
Verifications: We will conduct thorough verifications, including contacting your current and past landlords for rental history and your employer to confirm employment and income (verifying income is at least three times the monthly rent).
Property Viewing Invitation: Once verifications are complete, we will contact you to schedule a viewing of the property.
Background Check: If you wish to proceed after viewing, we will send you a link to pay a non-refundable $38 fee per applicant over 18 for a background check.
Lease and Move-In: Upon a clear background check, we will issue the lease, collect the security deposit and first month's rent, and coordinate your move-in.
