This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on Little Turtle Lake, north of Bemidji, just south of the Buena Vista Ski Area. The property is large and full of trees, making it perfect to explorer the great northern Minnesota wilderness or just hanging out.
The upstairs of the home features a large master bedroom with a full bathroom attached to it. The kitchen is very open and includes a dishwasher! Off of the kitchen is a dining room, complete with a large table and chairs. The family room is spacious and has plenty of seating. The deck is off of the dining room with an incredible and a grill.
The basement is a wide open floor plan with two bedrooms, 4 bunk beds and a family room. There is a sliding glass door that gives you access to the backyard. There is a bathroom in the basement that has a shower but no tub. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well.
The home has multiple skylights on the main level that illuminate the home during the day. There is central AC and propane heaters along with radiant wall heaters. The utilities are all included at this home!
There is a large two stall garage attached to the home with plenty of storage and a work bench. A garage door opener is included.
